The Warm Line: Peer and Family Support by Telephone

Sometimes the most important thing you can do is talk to someone who has been through a similar experience.


The Illinois Mental Health Collaborative for Access and Choice has a new, free

resource that can provide you with this type of listening and support.

Open between 8 AM and 5 PM, The Warm Line is an opportunity for persons with mental h
ealth challenges and their families to receive support by phone.

• Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
• From the main menu, select option #2 for Consumers and Families
• Next, select option #5 for the Warm Line: Peer and Family Support by Phone.
